Changing the way we work

Our community and accommodation supports are continuing to operate. We are taking necessary precautions to ensure the health and wellbeing of our community.

Yasmina Lees Clinical Leader of We Care NSW

I hope everyone is doing ok during this difficult time and adjusting to the significant changes that are occurring, as a result of the coronavirus.

Although we are rapidly changing the way we do things, I hope that amongst the chaos, there are moments of calm, moments of joy and that we aim to continue maintaining our normal routines as much as possible, even if we are having to do it in different ways.

I would like to take this opportunity to communicate that all We Care community and accommodation supports are continuing to operate and we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the health and wellbeing of our participants and staff. The Allied health team have implemented tools to support our clients and families by phone and video consultations. This is through an application called Zoom.

Our goal is to do the best we can to support you and your family in achieving your goals whilst we help to minimise the risk of anyone contracting the virus during this time.

If support via video is a preferred option for you, we have put together some helpful instructions on how to join us for video consultations. Please click here to view these instructions.

If you are feeling unsure about the changes and would like to talk with our team, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 02 4013 6079.
