The changes in routine and rapidly evolving news cycle regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing an increase in stress and anxiety for you and your family. It is really important that you take care of yourself, your friends, and your family during this time.
Whilst we practice social distancing and changing routines, we need to continue to have fun with family and friends, and continue to engage in the things we enjoy and value.
Here are some tips to look after you and your family’s mental health during this difficult time
Avoid excessive exposure to media coverage
Reach out to others/professionals
Try to maintain your daily routine and activities as much as possible
If you are spending extended periods of time at home, do things that promote connectedness within your family
